So it's been a while since I blogged it up. Still don't know if I'm into it or not! I was trying to make it clever, more about random things that happen when one has twins...but I've found that my life isn't very exciting and we don't do enough stuff yet to accomplish that. Sooo, I'll give that dream up and just use this to document the exciting lives of Greyson and Connor!
They are doing big things over here these days. Both boys can sit up unassisted for a little bit...They still resemble Weebles, but they are getting pretty strong! Greyson can get up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth, he just needs to figure out how to move from there! I'm sure by a few more weeks I'll have an early crawler on my hands--good thing the house was already baby-proofed before we moved in! Connor is not quite where Greyson is mobility wise, but he's not far behind! He's our laid back guy who'd rather just lay there and talk than worry about getting his knees red and carpet-burned!
In a few days they will be 6 months old already! I really cannot believe that they are that "old" now! They are just now starting to want to play with each other. Connor loves to look at Grey and squeal to him. When they both are on the floor together I have to referee already and pull them off of each other and try to watch out for ear pulling and eye gouging. It's gonna be tough when they really start to move!
We tried sippy cups just out of curiosity. Not ready for those yet. Both boys tried so hard to figure them out and desperately wanted the watered down apple juice that was inside, but they don't know how to hold bottles or cups yet for themselves. They need to get on that skill! Mommy will love it once they can hold their own bottles!
I can't wait for them to try swimming, camping, and to meet their big brother Dallas this summer!
